A dentist who has completed a training year in a general dentistry clinic (100% or at least 50% over two years) has already met the basic requirements for a spot in a further education programme at a university in Switzerland. The training curriculum at a university usually takes four years to complete and ends with an examination to obtain the Specialist in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics (CH) title (www.swissortho.ch).
The practical and theoretical experience gained during the training year may increase your chances of being admitted to the University of Basel, Berne, Geneva or Zurich.
Currently there is one position open in our practice (40%-100%)!
We would be happy to review your application for a training position at our practice!
